Discover the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation at Colonial 505, your ideal getaway in Ocean City, MD. Immerse yourself in the soothing atmosphere and enjoy all the beauty this vibrant destination has to offer!
Get ready for an amazing summer escape! Our comfy home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. It is available for weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday between May 1st and the end of September, with shorter Fall and Winter rentals potentially available.
The living area includes a queen-size sofa bed, a dining area, and a breakfast bar. A smart TV is provided for entertainment.
The kitchen is stocked with glassware, flatware, china, and unbreakable items for children. It includes cookware, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, table-top grill, and other essential appliances.
The primary bedroom suite has a queen-size memory foam mattress, a large closet, dressers, and an ensuite bathroom.
The guest bedroom contains twin beds with memory foam mattresses and a spacious bathroom with a tub.
The balcony offers a high top table and a dining table for plenty of seating and ocean views to enjoy. It’s the ultimate spot for entertaining and soaking in the sunshine.
Colonial 505, this condo, is offered exclusively to family, friends, and clients, and is not listed on any rental sites.

What We Love!
There is just so much to do and see - Here are some of our favorite things

We love sitting on the beach - Kyle can spend all day there. Me, on the other hand, I love the local yoga studio, Yoga Centric At The Beach located just about a block away on 142nd St. They have sessions for all levels.

On Thursday and Saturday mornings, enjoy Yoga on the Beach led by Yogi Michelle Moore. It's such a rush to gaze upon the ocean while doing your sun salutations.

I love checking out the Farmer's Markets - there are quite a few scattered about the island.

We'll hop on our bikes and cruise up to Bethany so don't forget to bring those along.

Dining out can be somewhat expensive and sometimes crowded, so we've enjoyed finding great bars where we can sit and enjoy a cocktail and a few appetizers.

I'm addicted to thrifting and my favorite consignment store is a few blocks away in Fenwick - Christine's Consignments. She has two stores - one for home goods and one for women's clothing which has newer finds.

With numerous mini golf locations within walking distance, It's fun to come off the beach to play a few games.

After dinner, our favorite pastime is what we call "Promenading". We love taking a long walk along Whyte St - just in front of our building. It's our excuse to pet other people's dogs! We'll sometimes stop at Kohr Brothers for a twist cone with a chocolate dip.

On Sunday evenings, the local park, Northside Park has "Sundae's In The Park" starting at 7pm with live bands and ice cream, then at around 9pm, a fabulous fireworks show begins. We can actually see the fireworks from our balcony which becomes a gathering place on Sunday evenings - we welcome our neighbors and friends to hang out with us.

The Area
Ocean City is THE vacation destination for people from Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania (and parts beyond).
At just 5 blocks from the border with Fenwick Island, we whimsically refer to our location as, "The Fenwick Feel at Ocean City Prices".
There is no shortage of attractions for people of every age. Within walking distance of the condo are at least 4 Mini golf - putt-putt locations each with its very own theme, a water park, soft custard stand, ice cream parlor, two amazing donut shops and countless local restaurants featuring cuisines ranging from Seafood, Mexican, Pizza, Italian, Chinese, Pub and Sports themed eateries.
Northside Park at 127th Street is a marvelous place to walk, jog, or picnic. Sunday nights are Sundaes in the Park with ice cream, bands and a fabulous fireworks display (that can also be seen from our balcony)!
At the end of the island beginning at 27th street is the Boardwalk with its array of shops, restaurants, and of course, the Pier with rides and arcades. Great people watching as well.
There's an Ocean City Performing Arts Center and the Freeman Arts Pavilion for more "grown up" evenings out.
Off the island you'll find even more to do. Head over to Ocean Downs Casino for games of chance and top-flight entertainment.
We love visiting the quaint towns nearby. Berlin is one of our favorites. Take a ride North on Route one and check out the Delaware towns of Bethany, Dewey, Rehoboth and Lewes.
Take a trip south to Assateague, VA and Chincoteague to see wild ponies. This year marks the 101st anniversary of the Pony Swim.
